Common questions about the 2026 volunteer program.

Yes — you must be 16 years or older to volunteer at the Youth Sport Festival. This ensures all volunteers can handle the responsibilities and work safely during the event.
No prior experience was needed. Volunteers received a full briefing before the event and were supported by team leads throughout the festival.
Yes — volunteers were encouraged to bring friends. Pairs who mentioned each other during the application process were placed together when possible.
Volunteers received their shift schedule, assigned role, and check-in details via email at least one week before the event.
